  Initially I telephoned, leaving a message/my request to have the gutters inspected & to receive a quote for the gutter cleaning on my 2 storey dwelling. I never heard back from anyone for a short period of time. I wasn't to concerned as this was during the terrible time over Christmas & New Year period.  When it was full on with the bushfires, hot weather, extreme winds, etc.
I also believe there was a fault with the telephone system during this period.
Once the system was back on, I promptly received several messages of apology and we proceed with my request.
I found that the inspection, quote & extra valuable advice that I received was maintained in a very friendly professional manner.
During the consultation, it was explained to me that, because I had another firm install the original pre-existing secured gutter guard as not to loose my warranty, its was best to contact them for the cleaning.
I was also offered another option, to have the pre-existing gutter guard lifted, gutters cleaned & the guard to be replaced with a newer product that looked super & it was fire resistant. Easier to install & clean.
Due to my current budget, unfortunately the newer product wasn't an option at this stage, but I consider the quote was very reasonable.  Who knows in the future.
I had a pleasant experience, which is highly recommended.
